Great job on my carpets! Really came out lovely which I was surprised due to some stains. On time, efficient and explained the process. I also think the price was good! Highly recommend.

The high traffic areas on my carpets were definitely in need of a professional carpet cleaner. I also needed my couch and chair cleaned. I scheduled a cleaning with Cape Fear ChemDry. Derrick was on time, professional and polite. He came with his equipment and went right to work. When he left the clean carpets and upholstery looked so much brighter & clean and the rooms smelled great. If you are thinking of giving your carpets / upholstery a fresh clean give them a call!

I couldn’t be happier with the results from Cape Fear Chem-Dry! Derek did an amazing job cleaning my carpeted bedrooms, stairs, love seat, and sofa- leaving everything looking fresh and spotless. He even worked wonders on removing the dog odor from our loveseat and sofa. So static with the results and his friendly, professional service!
Very responsive, relatively quick availability. Another company said they don’t do shag rugs over a certain length but Cape Fear Chem Dry used a different tool and got the job done! I would recommend!
I am amazed at the magic that Cape Fear Chem-Dry was able to accomplish! We were trying to get our carpets cleaned before the holidays. Scheduling with them was a breeze!
I will be the first to admit, our carpets were BAD. We have a senior dog who struggled with relieving himself in places that are not outside. The technician came in and showed me the spots (which show up using black light) in the most non-judgmental way while recommending an add-on for pet urine. I was mortified but knew that we would want those gone! He was quick and communicative and incredibly professional. Our carpets look incredible! And I think I had probably gone “nose blind” to our home because I feel like it smells way better too! My only regret is that I now can’t stand the sight of the dog perpetrator inside without a diaper 🤣
